Available for occasional holiday sits: boats or houses! Currently especially interested in the Meditteranean areas, but also anywhere else in the world if reasonably-priced travel can be obtained.

We understand that your home is your castle. We've had several castles of our own, so we know where you're coming from. We're a responsible, mature couple returned to the UK in January 2007 from sailing our yacht in the Indian Ocean. We rent a lovely home on the Broads in rural Norfolk, and enjoy occasional holiday house and boat sits - sometimes by Jo alone, sometimes by both of us, depending on work commitments.

Andrew is 63, recently retired from his own 25-year electronic engineering business (but now working as an engineer again outside London, on television outside broadcast vans and equipment). Jo is 51, a writer/publisher/editor, and web designer. Before going sailing we owned our own homes in South Africa, with dogs, cats, horses, chickens, ducks ... animal lovers, we! We're non-smokers, and virtually non-drinkers; we lead quiet lives. We can provide references, and you are welcome to investigate us; we have no criminal records in any country of the world.
