LOCATION:  I'm a  sea-and-country person at heart, so the more seaside or countrified, the happier for me! I am most happy near to or on water or farmland. Isolated is fine! But I am happy with cities, too.

PREMISES: I don't mind what kind of home you have, but you would not expect to return to a dirty place; please don't expect me to move into one. Fair enough? :-)

REQUIRED: I work via the internet, daily, as a writer and publisher, from wherever I am at the time. I have my own mobile wifi internet system if you are without, but this works only in the UK, so outside of the UK I would need for you to have an internet connection for research and communications as well as file exchange, uploads and downloads. If you're on a boat, please locate a good wireless or other connection not too far away that I can use on a regular basis. If in a house/flat, a telephone line is essential and use of an internet facility, preferably broadband. I have also worked via GPRS while house-sitting in Spain.

VEHICLES: If you aren't too far away I will probably have my own small car with me, but otherwise, if you live some way from transport I'd appreciate the loan of yours (I have driven a wide variety of vehicles in my time, from landrovers and tractors to sports cars, and I have full UK driving licence for both motor cycles and cars) - and if you live on a remote farm with appalling roads, we might appreciate the use of a 4x4 if you have one to lend, if only for the rough stretch!
