LOCATION:  We're sea and country people at heart, so the more seaside or countrified, the happier for us! But that's just a preference, and we are happy with cities, too. We are most happy near or on boats, of course!

PREMISES: We don't mind what kind of home you have, but you would not expect to return to a dirty place; please don't expect us to move into one. Fair enough? :-)

REQUIRED: I work via the internet, daily, as a writer and publisher, and need an internet connection for research and communications as well as file exchange, uploads and downloads. If you're on a boat, please locate a good wireless or other connection not too far away that I can use on a regular basis. If in a house/flat, a telephone line is essential and use of an internet facility, preferably broadband. I have also worked via GPRS while on holiday.

AGREEMENT/CONTRACT
Happy to sign contracts if you wish. The details will depend upon our mutual needs.
